Practice Management

Senior Clinical Administrator

Helen has been part of our reception team for over 10 years and has now changed her role to practice administration. She deals with all our clinical paperwork and actions all the referrals that have been requested by the GP's. If you require any advice or information regarding an ongoing referral or clinic/hospital letter, please call the surgery and follow the automated link to speak directly with Helen. Helen also manages our Reception team to ensure that they have all the up-to-date information and training that they require in order to provide the best service possible to our patients.

Our dedicated Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial point of contact for everything. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses, issue repeat prescriptions and deal with all your prescription enquiries, sick note requests and so much more. They are the heart of our team and are experts at multitasking. Being patient facing they often have the most demanding and challenging role of all and deserve a HUGE amount of respect for the great job they do. The team comprises Nikki, Denise and Julie.

Jenny is our new Receptionist. She has excellent customer care skills and a wealth of admin experience. She is a welcomed addition to our team
