There are a number of reports that may be done on the behalf of agencies and organisations that are outside of the statutory General Practice contract. GP’s do not have a contractual Obligation to fill in these reports and all attract a fee. Fees are charged according to BMA (British Medical Association) Guidelines. Forms will be taken and allocated to your regular GP. Please ensure all contact details are up to date on your medical record so we can contact you when they are completed.
WE AIM TO COMPLETE YOUR MEDICAL REPORT WITHIN 6-8 WEEKS, HOWEVER, THIS IS NO LONGER A LEGAL REQUIREMENT SO IN SOME INSTANCES COULD BE LONGER.
